Our vision is to deliver all local customer’s goods for free, and in an environmentally appropriate manner.

As such, our local deliveries are carried out using our fully electric delivery van

At checkout, choose the day and a preferable time slot for your delivery. 

You will receive a confirmation of your delivery date and time in your order email.

If you are unable to take delivery, please leave an order note during the checkout process, directing us to a safe space to leave your parcel.

We deliver locally Monday to Saturday, in two different time slots. 

2-4pm & 5pm+.

Same day local delivery incurs a charge of £4.99. Order must be in by 4pm.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

We send our goods using the Royal Mail, chosen couriers – such as DPD or Hermes, and Parcelforce for the heaviest of parcels.

Royal Mail will always be the lowest cost option, with DPD / Hermes taking most parcels & providing you with a guaranteed Next Day delivery.

At Wagglesworth, we work hard to keep delivery costs down and never make money from the postal charges. 

Please always enter both your contact phone number and email address when ordering, as this will be used by the despatch companies to contact you in case of a problem with your delivery. Wagglesworth cannot accept any responsibility for failed deliveries if either of these is omitted from your order.

All orders must be paid before we are able to dispatch any goods.

Due to our courier and delivery agents requirements, please note we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. Any orders placed with PO Box delivery addresses will be entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Wagglesworth does not dispatch orders over the weekend, so orders taken over the weekend will be processed on the following working day.

Wagglesworth sends nearly all orders out within 24 hours and none any later than in 2 working days.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once the goods have been sent, which will include your tracking number.

99% of orders arrive within 14 days.

Your goods must arrive within 28 days of us receiving your order.

If your order does not arrive within 14 days of the date of dispatch, please contact Wagglesworth immediately. After 21 days we are unable to offer any compensation ourselves and you will have to pursue your own claim with the delivery provider.

If you fail to receive a delivery and the item is sent back to Wagglesworth, we will notify you once it has arrived back. It will then be necessary to rearrange postage which will be covered by the customer.

Our couriers of choice are DPD and Hermes – delivering orders up to a maximum of 15kg per parcel. Parcels over 15kg will be dispatched with Parcelforce.

Next Day service must be placed by 10:00am to guarantee dispatch same day, Monday – Saturday. Saturday orders after 10:00am and Sunday orders will be dispatched on Monday / next working day.

Exceptions & Restrictions

DPD & Hermes have some Post Code exceptions and excess delivery charges. As such, we have decided to not use couriers in this instance.  Please contact us directly and we will provide you with an independent quote from other couriers before dispatch.

Due to the variable cost of fuel to our despatch courier companies, all orders have, as standard, a Fuel Surcharge added to your despatch cost.

At Wagglesworth, we send goods up to a maximum of 1kg with the Royal Mail. Royal Mail is always the low cost option.

Tracked 48 Service

Tracked to delivery point for peace of mind, with arrival usually in 2 working days. 

95% of UK orders arrive within 5 working days, 99.5% within 14 days.

Royal Mail will deliver to anywhere in mainland UK with no surcharges. 

Since Brexit, goods passing from Mainland UK to Northern Ireland will be treated as exports and liable for duties and taxes. The recipient is liable for paying any import duties and taxes that may apply.

Parcelforce

For next-day delivery for heavy parcels our chosen courier is Parcelforce.  Your parcel is expected to be delivered within 1 working day, however this is not guaranteed by Parcelforce.
To receive a highly probable next-day service, orders must be placed by 1pm Monday – Saturday. Saturday orders after 1pm and Sunday orders will be dispatched on Monday / next working day.

If an order has been returned to us by the delivery provider with a sticker on it saying:

– it wasn’t picked up from your local sorting office as it required a signature

OR

– the address was incomplete.

…the responsibility for covering excess delivery charges lies with the customer.

Please contact us regarding the re-posting of your item. We will need a correct delivery address and a re-posting fee dependant on weight/dimensions. 

As soon as we have received the payment for re-postage we can send out your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For incomplete orders, or deliveries that don’t arrive within the expected time period, please call 07522728195 or email orders@wagglesworth.co.uk

For damaged products, please email and include pictures showing the damage to both the packaging and / or the product(s).

Exchanges & Refunds are available for all items returned in a saleable condition.

Refunds will be applied back to the method of payment used.

If you are not satisfied with any product at the time you receive it then please return it to us (within 30 days and in a saleable condition) for a credit, exchange or refund. All orders are covered by the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
